The Snap experience

You bring the business.
We help you build it.

At Snap Mortgage, you run your business your way. We pay for your tools and technology, provide the support you need, and give you a seat at the table—so you can focus on your clients, your relationships, and your growth.

  • Your payout. From loan one.

No commission ladder. Earn the same agreed basis points on every closing, starting with your first loan.

  • Paid every Friday.

You worked hard for that closing. Get paid every Friday, with less time between closing day and payday.

  • Run your business your way.

No required hours. No tracking your calls or leads. You choose when and how you work, and how you grow your business.

  • Your tools. Our investment.

Snap pays for your CRM, LOS and core technology, plus additional apps that make business sense and help generate more business.

  • More options. More ways to win.

A diverse lender network gives you more options for pricing, guidelines and borrower needs, helping you bring more solutions to referral partners.

  • Speed that supports relationships.

Application to clear to close: 13 days.* Efficient execution helps you build confidence with borrowers and referral partners.

  • LOA support from day one.

Eligibility starts at $10M in annual production. Your production at your previous mortgage company counts, so you may qualify from day one.

  • Build a team. Grow your business.

Build and lead your own team at Snap, with the opportunity to earn overrides on your team’s production.

  • A seat at the table.

Help guide company strategy and shape the technology, tools and support Snap invests in. Your ideas have a direct line to leadership.

  • Experienced leadership.

Work directly with Senior Leadership and our CEO, a military veteran with 30 years of mortgage industry experience.
