With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I bring extensive knowledge as both a certified Government and Non-QM Underwriter. My previous role as Head of Mortgage Operations has given me a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of the mortgage process.

Hi, I’m Adam Jones, born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. My journey into real estate began early—during high school and college, I worked for a construction company, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of home remodeling. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and a Master's Degree in Health Science from the University of North Florida, I began my career as a Health and Physical Education teacher.

While I valued that experience, I eventually realized my true passion was in real estate. After exploring several other professional paths, I decided to pursue my long-time dream of becoming a Realtor with the goal of eventually flipping and selling homes. In February 2024, I completed my real estate course, passed the state exam, and became a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.

Since then, I’ve been actively growing my business and learning everything I can about the industry. I'm excited to take the next step in 2025 by expanding my knowledge into the financial side of real estate as a Mortgage Loan Officer. I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue this journey and deepen my expertise with Snap Mortgage.
